The most recent update to the law was in 1938. Food and drink travel further than before, and it is imperative to adhere to stricter rules and regulations. Many people are suffering from chronic illness and are working to manage them. The need is to develop stronger guidelines for protecting those individuals from the risk of contracting food-borne illnesses. An FMSA program was developed in the year 2011 to enhance the quality of food. Every business has to adhere to the checklist provided by the FMSA program.
